ABOUT OUR TEAM
Eqalibrum Property Maintenance was built on a simple principle: real balance starts with your space. Sometimes that means clearing out the old to make room for new energy — sometimes it means the labor nobody wants to do themselves. We're a father-run crew serving Ann Arbor, Ypsilanti, and Washtenaw County, handling everything from junk removal and yard cleanup to interior cleaning, painting, and general labor. But we don't just clear a space — we help you see what it can become, offering design suggestions on layout, placement, and flow so the property works better once the work is done. No subcontractors, no runaround, no corporate script — just two guys who care about their community and back their work with their name. Whether you're a property manager juggling turnovers or a homeowner who needs something done and gone, we bring the same standard every time.

Who am I?I am one of the founders of Eqalibrum, but first and foremost a proud father. Outside of building Eqalibrum, I also enjoy personal training, and I am a huge architecture and music practitioner, having studying architecture and produced music in the past.What I like about this business?Is that for me, the ability to take a space and reshape it into a space that brings a sense of peace or balance to somebody's life gives me a sense of purpose. I very much like working with my hands — it gives me a sense of pride at the end of a long workday. This career also lets me exercise my architectural side and help people really obtain the true value of their living space, providing that peace to people and being able to help them feel balance in their surroundings.My favorite part of living in the Ann Arbor, Ypsilanti, and Washtenaw area?Is, first and foremost, that this is home. I came from Europe and a refugee camp, and the first place I arrived was Ann Arbor. All my greatest youth memories are in this town. I love how it can feel like a small town one moment and, at other times of the year, more like a small city. But most importantly, I love how nature is still very much intertwined in the fabric of the community — you can't really go too far without finding some kind of park, greenery, or a way to get outside.
